Last night I skooled several coworkers on Dr. Who. Yeah most of them knew little or nothing about him. After googling for images of the TARDIS, I also showed them Daleks, Cybermen & the Ood.

A (male) coworker: Hey, I know what costume I can wear next year for Halloween. I'm going to be an Ood.

I just went swimming in my clothes. I never got around to trying to buy a bathing suit. For the last few days I have been walking over to the apartment complex office/clubhouse to borrow the wifi and the pool is around the back so I have been spending much of the time at one of the tables. I saw Sherlock Holmes today. I liked the movie as a whole. Maybe it's just me, but I thought Rachel McAdams ruined many of the scenes she was in. Maybe it was bad acting on her part? IDK ( Read more... )
